Yes, all of our classes are suitable for beginners. Some classes are stronger than others but we offer modifications to make sure they accessible to all.

We recommend waiting at least 2 hours after you eat before you start your yoga practice. Doing yoga on a full stomach can cause discomfort and even nausea. It also means you’ll have less energy since your body is busy digesting food!

Absolutely not! As a matter of fact, a lack of flexibility is a really good reason to start a regular yoga practice.
If you are a beginner, we recommend practicing 2-3 classes a week that require more exertion (such as a vinyasa flow or YogaLates) for best results. Having said that, there are many other slower styles of yoga that also help build flexibility and balance such as our lovely Yin & Restorative classes as well as Gentle flow.
No. All special equipment is provided in the studio to make the poses more accessible.
