Pilates & Yoga Morning
Join us for a morning of Mindful Movement as you are expertly led through a strengthening and toning Pilates class to help get you reconnected back to your body. This will be followed by a deeply relaxing recovery style yoga, which will involve deep stretching and connective tissue release, along with a gentle meditation and breathing exercises to help you full reset and recover.
The perfect escape for your body and mind - beginners welcome!
Food and drinks will be served afterwards so we have time to chill and chat and enjoy each others company:)
