Move & Manifest - Galway
Join us for a morning of Manifestation Magic in The Blue Room at the Dean Hotel, Galway, as we lead you through the principles and best practices to manifest your dream reality. We'll move and energise with a fiery YogaLates flow before finding space to ground, relax and recover with gentle Yin and Restorative poses. This 2.5hr workshop will be sealed with a Guided Meditation to help you visualise, create, and FEEL your dreams manifest around you. Food and drinks will be served afterwards so we have time to chill and chat and enjoy each others company:)
