YogaLates - Monday 6:30pm - 7:30pm

A combo of Yoga & Pilates to strengthen & lengthen the body while bringing a sense of calm and focus to the mind. A more holistic approach to your typical Pilates workout, this class is a perfect hybrid combining the best elements of mindful yoga and strengthening Pilates practice. With integrated yoga flows and Pilates strengtheners throughout, this is a well rounded physical and mental release and one of our most popular classes. 

Gentle Flow - Beginner Friendly  - Tuesday 10:00am - 11:00am

A gentle vinyasa practice that focuses on connection with the breath & mindful movement. This class is suitable for beginners. A slow and gentle approach to the Vinyasa practice, this class is all about taking time to slow down, tune inward and listen to your body and its needs. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned practitioner, this class is a lovely way to find a gentle reset and release of built up stress and tension. 

Pilates - Tuesday 6:30 - 7:30pm

Build flexibility, strength, tone and sculpt the entire body in a slow and controlled way. You will be feeling toned in places you didn't even know existed! Pilates is a low-intensity muscle-strengthening workout that focuses heavily on building strong core muscles. The low-intensity, muscle-strengthening workout promotes flexibility, mobility, muscle toning and better posture. It can be used as a base for more advanced strength training or as a vigorous workout in itself. One thing is certain, you will leave feeling toned in places you never knew existed!

Yin & Restorative  - Wednesday 7:00pm - 8:00pm

A slow, meditative, deep tissue release to enhance mobility and flexibility. Ideal for Athlete's or those in need of a slower pace. Poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, its goals are awareness of +D7:D8inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality. This style of yoga is suitable for athletes or those in need of a more meditative and deep tissue practice. It is a more passive approach to yoga and has a very calming and grounding effect on the practitioner.
