- Gentle Flow - Beginner Friendly - Tuesdays 10:00 - 11:00am - A gentle vinyasa practice that focuses on connection with the breath & mindful movement. This class is suitable for beginners. A slow and gentle approach to the Vinyasa practice, this class is all about taking time to slow down, tune inward and listen to your body and its needs. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned practitioner, this class is a lovely way to find a gentle reset and release of built up stress and tension.
- YogaLates - Wednesdays - 10:00 - 11am - A more holistic approach to your typical Pilates workout, this class is a perfect hybrid combining the best elements of mindful yoga and strengthening Pilates practice. With integrated yoga flows and Pilates strengtheners throughout, this is a well rounded physical and mental release and one of our most popular classes.
- Energising Flow - Fridays - 10:00 - 11:00 am - A stronger Vinyasa practice with an emphasis on mindfulness and POWER. This class is a great way to tone, create lean muscle definition & energise both body and mind. A stronger Vinyasa practice that flows to an energising rhythm. It is a faster paced class with an emphasis on syncronising breath with movement, building strength and flexibility and energising both body and mind. This class is a great way to tone, create lean muscle definition, release tension and progress your yoga practice.
