- YogaLates - Mondays - 6:15pm - 7:15pm - A more holistic approach to your typical Pilates workout, this class is a perfect hybrid combining the best elements of mindful yoga and strengthening Pilates practice. With integrated yoga flows and Pilates strengtheners throughout, this is a well rounded physical and mental release and one of our most popular classes.
- Yin Yoga - Wednesdays 6:15pm - 7:15pm - A slow, meditative, deep tissue release to enhance mobility and flexibility. Ideal for Athlete's or those in need of a slower pace. Poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, its goals are awareness of +D7:D8inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality. This style of yoga is suitable for athletes or those in need of a more meditative and deep tissue practice. It is a more passive approach to yoga and has a very calming and grounding effect on the practitioner.
